You can shop authentic Blhair™ products only at wearblhair.com. Buying directly ensures you receive the quality, color accuracy, and craftsmanship that define our brand.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

get.Plus is an optional paid service you can add at checkout for extra post-purchase support. It helps with eligible issues like packages that are lost, damaged, stolen in transit, returned to sender, or eligible for return, exchange, or warranty-related support. get.Plus is not insurance and does not replace insurance coverage.
When you add get.Plus, you get access to a dedicated claims portal, a direct claim submission link sent to the email used at checkout, faster handling compared to standard merchant-only support, and clear eligibility rules and timelines. Claims are reviewed through the get.Plus process for a more streamlined experience.
You can submit eligible claims through the get.Plus portal at orders.protectplus.io. You’ll also receive a direct claim submission link by email after checkout if you added get.Plus to your order. Claims must be submitted within the required timeframe for your order.
get.Plus acknowledges claims within 1 hour of submission and reviews and resolves claims within 24 hours. Some claims may take up to 1 business day to investigate, with approval or denial following the review.
For eligible orders, get.Plus may help with packages damaged in transit, packages lost or stolen in transit, “delivered but not received” claims, eligible warranty support, and return-to-sender issues. Coverage depends on eligibility and merchant policy.
get.Plus does not cover fraudulent or intentionally misleading claims, damage caused by misuse or negligence, claims submitted outside the required timeframe, or items that are not eligible under Blhair™ policies. get.Plus also does not guarantee every claim will be approved or override merchant policies.
Product Care & Styling
Yes. Gently wash in lukewarm water using a mild, sulfate-free shampoo. Rinse, apply a light conditioner, and air dry. Avoid twisting or wringing the fibers.
No. Blhair™ braid hair is synthetic and will melt with heat. However, you can clip the ends or set with perm rods and dip in hot water for a smooth finish.
For a full head, most styles require 4–6 packs, depending on braid size, thickness, and desired fullness.
No mixing needed. Every pack of Blhair™ is already pre-blended to deliver depth, tone, and dimension that look natural on their own.
You can reuse Blhair™ for shorter styles or ponytails if removed gently. For full installs, we recommend fresh hair to maintain color and comfort quality.
Yes. Before swimming, braid your hair into larger plaits or a bun. Rinse thoroughly afterward to remove salt or chlorine.

With proper care, styles last 6–8 weeks. Longevity depends on your install technique, maintenance, and scalp health.
