• All original tags, seals, and safety packaging must be intact.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
