At Blhair, we’re committed to getting your blends to you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below is everything you need to know about how your order will make its way from us to your doorstep:
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $60 (after discounts and before taxes).
- For orders under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
- Please note: delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order over $100, please reach out to info@wearblhair.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Missing or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please email us at support@wearblhair.com within 7 days so we can assist.
